CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS POLICY

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it’s dispatched, whichever comes first. Partial cancellations are not allowed. To cancel, contact us at info@nevaflora.com. After 3 hours, cancellations are not accepted. Prepaid orders cancelled within this time frame will receive a full refund (processed in 24-48 hours). Cancellations are not allowed after delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift kits, allergic reactions, and misuse are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Report issues within 48 hours for a refund or replacement. An unboxing video is recommended for such claims.
